Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your new BPD but we know that sometimes it may not work!

Returns will be accepted for store credit within 14 days of delivery date

Returns past the 14 days will not be accepted and returned back at customers expense

The following items are ineligible for returns:

• Custom orders
• Gift cards
• Items purchased with additional discount codes

Customers are responsible for shipping cost when returning products. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We package all our shipment with care and ask our customers to do the same when they need to return any jewelry.

Please email  us at betsy@betsypittarddesigns.com before mailing returns to be provided a form that will ship with your item.



CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER 

If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify us before 1pm on the date in which your order was placed. Once you receive your final email confirmation with tracking, we cannot make any changes.
