Shipping

We offer standard ground shipping. 2 business day express shipping is available on orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Standard shipping orders will ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. To receive your 2 day express shipping by Friday, please place your order by Wednesday before 12pm EST. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All shipping charges are non refundable unless otherwise stated. 

LOST OR STOLEN

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your product has left our office, we do not have any control over the package. We will work with you to help in anyway but in the event of a missing, damaged in transit or stolen package we ask that you notify the postal carrier to rectify the situation. We know that accidents happen though, should your item arrive damaged, we will do our best to have it repaired or replaced efficiently. Notify us within 3 days of delivery at betsy@betsypittarddesigns.com 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may experience delays caused by customs; please contact the carrier directly for any shipping inquires. These notifications can be accessed through the tracking number provided in your final confirmation email. At this time we do not offer expedited international shipping. 

LOCAL PICKUP 

We offer local pickup to customers in the surrounding area of Augusta, Ga. When checking out leave a note stating you would like to pick up followed with contact information. Once your order is fulfilled, we will notify you and make arrangements for pickup.
