Return & Repair Policy
IF SOMETHING DOES NOT WORK (September 18, 2018):
- Returns will be accepted for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date.
- Returns past the two week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense.
- Because we offer free shipping, return & exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Please email Betsy@BetsyPittardDesigns.com before mailing a return.
ITEMS THAT ARE FINAL SALE:
- Any item that is purchased with a discount code.
- Any item that is described on our website and/or social media as a "sale piece."
- Please email Betsy@BetsyPittardDesigns.com before mailing a return for authorization.
IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED:
- Before mailing a package out, our mail team checks each piece to make sure that it will meet the customer's standards. We know that mistakes and accidents happen, though. Should your item arrive damaged, we will do our best to either A) have it quickly and carefully repaired or B) send a new piece out. Please email Betsy@BetsyPittardDesigns.com within 3 days of delivery if this is the case.
IF YOUR ITEM BREAKS:
- Hey, it happens. We will happily repair anything that has been purchased within the past 90 days for free. There will be a small $10 restringing fee for anything older than 90 days or anything without a receipt. Please email Betsy@BetsyPittardDesigns.com before mailing.
